All orders will be processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase, either delivered locally or shipped via Canada Post.
Any order totalling over $100 CAD qualifies for free shipping, otherwise flat rate shipping is $10 CAD.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If it has been 30 days or less since the time your purchase was placed and you wish to make a return please ensure the following criteria is met.
🗹 product must be unused / in resell-able condition
🗹 include original packaging materials / product tags
🗹 provide proof of purchase / original receipt
If the item(s) you wish to return for a full refund does not check off all three of the above boxes it is unqualified for a return.
FINAL SALE PURCHASES
Any items that end in .00 (Gift cards, clearance, sale items) are not returnable/refundable.
To initiate please send your request directly to email@example.com including a detailed description of your reason for returning, please be as specific as possible and include images if you can.
We will respond within 2 business days to answer any included questions and define shipping arrangements for the return.
You will receive an email notification from us once we have received and inspected your return. In which we will inform you whether or not it is approved for a refund.
If it is approved we will do the refund in the system on our end, and you will receive a notification when this has been completed.
*Keep in mind that for your balance to reflect the recent refunded amount it may take up to 30 days depending on your payment method / financial institution*

Q: I received an item as a gift , what are my options if I need to return it?
A: You have a few, first and most straight forward would be to return the item(s) to who gifted them to you and get them to follow the steps outlined in the policies above. We understand this isn’t a common option.
We recommend you email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your situation if you as the receiver have reasonable reason for return and it has been under 30 days we can proceed with the return process and offer a store credit in exchange.
Q: I got the notification email that you made the refund, but why hasn’t shown up on my account yet?
A: If you have received the email from our end, Shopify has in fact completed the refund for the amount outlined, so the next step would be to contact your bank or intermediary payment method provider and verify with them.
